I'm Melissa Wang, UX Designer

Michigan-based creative designing at the intersection of people, business, and technology. I'm passionate about building inclusive, ethical experiences that serve diverse audiences. Although I currently work in consulting, I'm a designer at heart—bringing curiosity, empathy, and systems thinking to every problem I solve.

Commitments on Campus

I’m part of the Creative Design Team at MAM, where I’ve helped redesign the brand image for a local brewery and organized a campus-wide scavenger hunt and promotional campaigns for local ice cream shop.

I’m a research staff at Dr. Park’s studying tracking technology for pediatric patients with Type 1 Diabetes.

I also joined the Soundability Lab, where I help design innovative, user-friendly solutions that make sound-based technology more accessible and inclusive, particularly for individuals with hearing impairments or sensory challenges.

I’m a UX Consultant at Reach Consulting, where I work closely the Michigan Football Team’s Hail! initiative to engineer a website that resulted in over 2000 engagement following first day of launch.
